Hadees On Zakat In Arabic. Anas bin Malik narrated that:. Abu Bakr Siddiq wrote to him: “In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. This is the obligation of Sadaqah which the Messenger of Allah enjoined upon the Muslims, as Allah commanded the Messenger of Allah. The ages of camels to be given (in Zakat) may be made up in sheep.
So if a man has camels on which the Sadaqah is a Jadha'ah (a four-year-old she-camel) and he does not have a Jadha'ah but he has a Hiqqah (a three year old she-camel), then the Hiqqah should be accepted from him, and two sheep should be given (in addition), if they are readily available, or twenty Dirham. If a man has camels on which the Sadaqah is a Hiqqah, and he only has a Bin Labun( a two-year-old she-camel), then the Bint Labun should be accepted from him, along with two sheep or twenty Dirhams.If a man has camels on which the sadaqah is a Bint Labun, and he does not have one, but he has a Hiqqah, then it should be accepted from him, and the Zakat collector should give him back twenty Dirham or two sheep. If a man has camels on which Sadaqah is a Bint Labun, and he does not have one, but he has a Bint Makhad(a one-year-old she-camel), then the Bint Makhad should be accepted from him, along with twenty Dirham or two sheep.
If a man has camels on which the Sadaqah is a Bint Makhad, and he does not have one, but he has a Bint Labun, then the Bint Labun should be accepted from him, and the Zakat collector should give him back twenty Dirhams or two sheep. Whoever does not have a Bint Makhad, but he has a Bint Labun (a two-year-old male camel), then it should be accepted from him and nothing else should be given along with it.'.

Prophet (ﷺ) said, “By reciting it (Ayat al-Kursi), there will be a guardian appointed over you from Allah who will protect you during the night, and Satan will not be able to come near you until morning”. Hazrat Ibne Masood (Radiahallahu Anhu) says that a person requested Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) to teach him something that will benefit him. Abu Huraira reported that, “Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) ordered me to guard the Zakat revenue of Ramadan. From the hadith above, it is clear that recitation of this verse of Holy Quran keeps us protected from Satan who is our worst enemy.
The person who recite Ayatul Kursi when you go to bed to be under the protection of Allah when you are sleeping. And one who recite this verse before sleeping Allah will protect not only him/her, but also his neighbor’s home from devil. For the protection of house from theft, hang the inscription of Ayatul Kursi at the high place of home.
Muslim muashre me jin cheezon ko aam hona chahiye unme se ek zakaat hai. Taala Ne risq ki taqseem apne haath me rakhi hai, jise chahe zyadah de aur jise chaahe thoda de, lekin maaldaar ko allah taal ne zakaat dene aur sadqah karne aur allah ki raah me kharch karne ka huqm diya hai taaki jise allah ne thoda diya hai use be’gair sawaal ke milta rahe, aur uski zaruriyaat poori hoti rahen, aur faqeer ko allah taala ne sawaal na karne ka huqm diya hai taake uske andar sabr wa shukr jaise shafaat hameedah paida ho, is tarah muashre ke ye dono fardh allah ke ajar wa sawaab ke mustahiq hote hain, maaldaar kharch karke aur faqeer sabr wa shukr karke…. chunanche agar koi shakhs is farziyat se inkaar karta ho wah yaqinan KAAFIR aur WAAJIB UL QATAL hai,.
Yahi wajah hai ke hz abu bakr ra ke khalifa banne ke baad bad’zan logon ne zakaat dene se inkaar kar diya tha, aapne unke khilaaf elaan-e- Jung karte hue farmaya tha :-” allah ki kasam jo log ek rassi(rope) bhi Rasool’Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) (pbuh) ko diya karte they, agar mujhe nahi denge toh main unse jung karunga”. ” Aur jo log sona chandi ka khazaana rakhte hain, aur allah ki raah me kharch nahi karte, unhe dardnaak azaab ki khabar pahuncha dijiye, jis din us khajaane ko aatish dozakh(hell fire) me tapaaya jaayega,.
jiski aankhon ke uper siyaah(black) nuqte honge, ye saanp uske gale(neck) ka tauq hoga aur uske jabde ko pakad lega aur kahega, main hoon tera maal, main hoon tera khazaana”. Aur agar ye donon apne muqarrar wazan(weight) ke baraabar ya usse zyadah to hon lekin un par saal na guzra ho toh bhi zakaat farz nahi hogi,. Mazkoorah dono sharten agar maujood hon toh sone chandi ki zakaat Nikaalne ka tareeqa ye hai ke.
” Sabse pahle unka wazan dekh liya jaaye, phir market ke maujoodah rate(price) ke mutabik us wazan ki qeemat malum kar len, phir uska 2.5% ya 40wa hissa zakaat ki nisbat se ada karen”. Tankhwaah daar insaan (salaried person) apni mahaana bachat (monthly saving) ki zakaat kis tarah ada karega?

Translation: Jo log gold aur silver ko jama kar ke rakhte hain aur unko allah ki raah me kharch nahi karte, ai nabi aap un ko sakht azaab ki khushkhabri suna dijiye. Translation: Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R Z) se riwayat hai kahte hain ki: Rasulullah (S A W) ne farmaya: “Jis aadmi ko allah ne maal o daulat dia lekin us ne us ki zakat nahi di to wah maal o daulat qayamat ke din us aadmi ke saamne zahriley sanp ki shakal me aaye gi, jis ke bahut zada zahriley pan ki wajah se us ke sar ke baal jhar gaye hon ge, yani ganja hoga (jis sanp yah dono cheezen payi jayen wah bahut zahrila hota hai) phir wah sanp us aadmi ke gale ka tauq bana dia jaye ga, (yani us ke gale se lipat jaye ga) phir us ki dono banchhen ya jabde pakde ga, aur kahe ga: mai hi teri daulat hun mai hi tera khazana hun ”.
Kisi bhi aadmi par zakat wajib hone ki kuchh conditions aur qualification hain jab wah payi jayen gi tab us par zakat wajib hogi otherwise chahe us ke paas kitna hi paisa ho uspar zakat wajib nahi hoi, un conditions ko number wise bata rahe hain:. (1) Wah aadmi aazad ho ghulam ya bandi par zakat farz nahi.
Agar kisi aadmi me yah sari qualifications na payi jayen to us par zakat wajib nahi hogi, us ke paas paisa kam ya zada hone se koyi matlab nahi. (3) Maal ka nesaab uski asli zarurat se zada ho, use hone wale saman par zakat nahi hai.

Islam Me Zakat Ki Ahmiyat. Islam ka tisra aham Rukn Zakat hai, Quran me 70 se zada jaghon par Namaz ke sath zakat ka zikr aaya hai, in dono ka maqam o darja qareeb qareeb ek hai, yahi wajah hai ki rasulullah (S A W) ki wafat ke baad jab bahut se elaqe ke logon ne jo islam qabool kar chuke the, aur Tauheed o Risalat ka Iqrar karne ke baad Namaz bhi padhte the lekin un logon ne jab zakat dene se inkar kia, to Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq ne unke khelaf jihaad ka elan kia jaisa ki Bukhari aur muslim ki Hadees me aaya hai:. Translation: Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R Z) se riwayat hai ki: Jab Rasulullah (S A W) ki wafat ho gayi, aur hazrat Abu Bakr khalifa ho huye, to us waqt Arab ke kuchh log murtad ho gaye yani un logon ne zakat dene se inkar kar dia, aur Hazrat Abu Bakr ne un ke khelaf jehaad karne ka irada kia to us waqt Hazrat Umar ne kaha ki: aap un ke khilaf jihaad kaise karen ge jab ki wah log Tauheed o Tisalat ka Iqrar karte hain?
aur jo aisa karta hai us ke bare me aap (S A W) ne farmaya hai ki: “un se jihaad nahi kia jaye ga” Hazrat Umar ke is sawal ke jawab me Hazrat Abu Bakr ne farmaya: Khuda ki qasam mai us aadmi ke khilaf jihaad karon ga jo Namaz aur Zakat ke darmiyan farq kare, yani namaz padhe aur zakat dene se inkar kare, kyun ki har maaldar ke maal me zakat ka haq hai, jo us ko ada nahi kare ga mai us ke khilaf jihaad karon ga. (Sahih Bukhari: 1399, 1400, Sahih Mislim: 20). Hadees Ka Matlab: Is hadees se yah maloom hota hai Namaz ki tarah zakat bhi islam me bahut aham cheez hai, yahi wajah hai ki Hazrat Abu Bakr ki is baat ko us waqt sare sahaba ne mana, aur zakat na dene walon ke khaelaf jihaad karne ke silsile me sab ki raay ek ho gayi. Isi tarah zakat ki ahmiyat me Bukhari Muslim ki ek dosri riwayat bhi hai jis me aap ( S A W) ne hazrat Moaz Bin Jabal se us waqt farmaya jab un ko Yaman ka hakim bana kar bhej rahe the:.
Translation: Jab Yaman ke log Tauheed o Risalat ka Iqrar karne ke baad namaz bhi padhne lagen, tab tum unko bataao ki allah ne tumhare maal par Zakat bhi farz kia hai jo maaldaron se lekar faqiron ko di jati hai. (Sahih Bukhari: 1395, Sahih Muslim: 19). In dono hadison ke elawa aur bhi bahut sari hadisen hain jin se zakat ki ahmiya aur fazilat maloom hoti hai, un sab ka khulasa yah hai ki zakat bahut aham aur zaruri hai, Zakat farz hone ke bawajood agar koyi Zakat na de to us ke liye bahut sakht azab hai.
